Liverpool Biennial is a contemporary visual arts agency that has no building base, but treats the city as a gallery. Its ten-week international festival, that takes place every two years, showcases several hundred of the world’s most exciting visual artists in over 40 locations across the city, ranging from Tate Liverpool to unexpected temporary locations.
‘Talks on Art’ is part of Storey Gallery INSIDE OUT, a series of projects that will take place outside the gallery during the refurbishment of the whole building.
